WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
I balance my classes by having an emphasis on the breath, listening to the body and how it is feeling, while still focusing on alignment and challenging my students, sometimes the challenge is mental sometimes physical, sometimes both! You can expect to move with your breath, safely challenge yourself, and learn how and what you are capable of
200hr RYT
80hr yin training
Sound healing training
I was a competitive dancer who always used movement as medicine, I practiced asana at home and dabbled in spirituality but never dove into the other limbs of yoga, then a friend took me to a yoga class one day and I never looked back, quickly took my YTT and started teaching right away!
My personal practice is an all day long practice! But if I step on my mat my practice is slow moving, juicy, with a bit of strength training built in for stability. Heavy focus and emphasis on the breath. My daily practice on the mat consists of meditation, breathwork, asana, and sound (playing crystal bowls, handpan, flute, etc.)
I am a total coffee nerd!

Hot Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath-led flow practiced in a heated room. You’ll move through a creative sequence of poses designed to build strength, stamina, and flexibility—while the heat helps you warm up faster, deepen your range of motion, and leave feeling clear, energized, and accomplished.
Hot Yin Stretch is a slower, deeply restorative class in a heated room where poses are held for longer periods to gently target deep connective tissue and support joint mobility. Expect a calming pace, lots of time to settle in, and a deep release through hips, hamstrings, and spine—perfect if you’re feeling tight, stressed, or craving a reset.
