WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

I love challenging my mental and physical limits; yoga and Lagree allow me to do just that. As someone who is naturally introverted, teaching is both a new and exciting journey for me. While I may be quiet off the mat, I bring a focused and mindful energy to every class, creating a welcoming space where students can connect deeply with their practice. I’m passionate about guiding others through movement that strengthens both body and mind, helping them discover their own resilience and calm.

How I Got Into Yoga + Fitness

My Practice

I love all fitness, but have a real passion for yoga. I practice yoga every day in studio or at home. I've only been practicing for a couple of years, but since I've incorporated strength training into my routine I've really up-levelled! Now  I do Lagree 4 x per week.

TAKE CLASS WITH ALEX

Lagree at iGita

Full-body strength — core, glutes, legs, and arms.
Low-impact burn — intensity without jumping.
Posture + stability — strength that supports daily life.

Lagree is built around small, controlled movements, pulses, and slow full-body sequences that keep your muscles under constant tension. Expect a moderate-to-high intensity workout that’s always scalable—your instructor will offer modifications so you can adjust your range of motion, springs, and pace.

LAGREE
YOGA
Yoga at iGita
Move better — mobility + strength all in one practice.
Feel calmer — breath, body + nervous system support.
More than stretching — strength, balance, and posture over time.

Guided movement and breath, with options for every pose and intensity—so you can meet your body exactly where it is. Expect to feel more open, grounded, and steady (even if you’re brand new), and leave with calmer energy, clearer body awareness, and that “I’m glad I came” momentum.
