Initially, I just wanted to keep up with my daughter who is always physically active. To keep her company, we did Taekwondo, Barre, badminton, swimming and other activities when she’s a teenager. We tried doing yoga together during the summer of 2015. Since then, I had a strong desire to explore what yoga was, and how yoga would impact on this old soul and body.
Whenever I am on my mat or a machine, my focus is to connect my breath to my movement.
Even though my memory is not as good as when I was young, I think I am still pretty sharp to remember my students’ names. Once I know you, you won’t be able to escape from me. 😉
