Pick your goal

I am/want…

Pick:  Hatha Yoga (non-heated), Lagree Fundamentals, Intro to Pilates
 
What to expect: more time, with lots of options and clear guidance so you can settle in.
Pick: Yin Yoga, Stretch & Fascia Release, Meditation, Restorative Yoga
 
What to expect: long holds, deep release, a nervous system reset (feel calmer).
Pick: if NEW intro to reformer, or any Mat pilates class, hot or not. If seasoned, any class. 
 
What to expect: form-first coaching, controlled movements, and a full-body strength session.
Whether new to the heat or Yoga, pick:  Hot Hatha Yoga, or Hot Yin (stretch) Yoga. Otherwise all classes are open to all levels.  
 
What to expect:  38-42 degrees C.  Expect to sweat.  Lots of breathing breaks and plenty of modification / variation options.
Pick: Lagree (fundamentals if NEW), any Barre class, or if you want yoga- Hot Vinyasa or Ashtanga
 
What to expect:  A challenge. Muscle fatigue ( shakes)  with a few drops of sweat and / or  tears and maybe some laughter.
