WHAT TO EXPECT IN EMILY’S CLASSES
Emily’s Yoga classes blend creative sequencing, arm balances, and movement with a focus on integrating yogic philosophy. She emphasizes the expansion of consciousness, deepening inner connection, and staying centred, guiding students to explore both physical and spiritual dimensions of their practice.
Emily’s Lagree classes are similar, replacing yoga philosophy with Sebastian’s!
HOW I GOT INTO YOGA & FITNESS
Emily has always been drawn to fitness and movement since childhood as a young ballerina. through her youth she became a marathoner and that’s when Yoga became an important counterbalance during her marathon training. Her passion for fitness and yogic philosophy grew more then ever when she was living in British Columbia where she got certified carving the path to not only become a yoga teacher but now a currently working as a health and wellness coach and group fitness instructor
FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT
Other than Lagree, running 5k with her Husky, Skylar.
FUN FACT
Emily grew up on a dairy farm. Another, maybe more interesting fun fact worth mentioning; she has amassed quite a large collection of skulls from her world travels….hummmm

Emily music playlists are thoughtfully curated, Sound plays a big impact on the nervous system, and emotion among other aspects- thus her playlist often times are carefully created using uplifting frequencies to create a whole experience within her classes.
