I love challenging my mental and physical limits; yoga and Lagree allow me to do just that. As someone who is naturally introverted, teaching is both a new and exciting journey for me. While I may be quiet off the mat, I bring a focused and mindful energy to every class, creating a welcoming space where students can connect deeply with their practice. I’m passionate about guiding others through movement that strengthens both body and mind, helping them discover their own resilience and calm.
Actually, a woman I used to work with was a yoga teacher and she brought me to a few classes and I fell in love with the practice.
I love all fitness, but have a real passion for yoga. I practice yoga every day in studio or at home. I’ve only been practicing for a couple of years, but since I’ve incorporated strength training into my routine I’ve really up-levelled! Now I do Lagree 4 x per week.
