Meditation Through Movement, is a class born from this experience and her 15 years as a meditation teacher. Jackie believes she has found a method that works for everyone! In this form of meditation you won't sit still throughout the entire session. Instead, there are many moments of movement which allow you to feel and connect with the natural flow of your ENERGY BODY.

 Jackie wishes to share her vast knowledge; to help inspire harmony and change within you- physically, mentally and emotionally.
