TRX & Strength Training


 

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer (adjustable straps that hang from the ceiling or wall), a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

This dynamic class is designed to sculpt and tone your body like no other. This class incorporates a variety of props; all provided for you. Emphasis is placed on the breath and proper alignment. As we as age (especially women), we gradually begin to lose muscle tone.
